Glenn Opel Named President of American College of Bond Counsel; Jonathan Frels and Victoria Ozimek Elected Fellows

The American College of Bond Counsel (ACBC) announced that W. Glenn Opel, co-chair of Bracewell’s public finance practice, has been elected president, effective October 13, 2022. In addition, Bracewell partners Jonathan K. Frels and Victoria N. Ozimek have been elected Fellows.
