PRK Partners is proud to announce the appointment of a trio of seasoned attorneys, Tomas Bures and Jan Varecha from the Prague office, and Eva Hromadkova from the Bratislava office, to new positions of Associate Partners. They will not only be an asset to our team, but will also serve as mentors for junior colleagues and will contribute to the continued growth of our law firm.
All three attorneys are outstanding and recognized professionals in their respective practice areas and their promotion to Associate Partners will further boost the already high level of expertise and quality of our services. Tomas Bures is a member of the Czech Bar Association (CBA) and focuses his practice on banking and finance law, general corporate law and public procurement law. In addition to studying law at the Law Faculty of Charles University, he also graduated from the University of Economics, where he majored in finance. He was awarded the Rising Star in Banking, Finance and Capital Markets in the Legal 500 directory, and the Rising Star in Banking and Finance in the IFLR1000 directory.
Jan Varecha specializes in general corporate law and commercial regulatory practice, trade obligations, due diligence and insolvency law. He joined our firm in 2008 and is a member of the CBA. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in National Economy from the University of Economics in Prague. He has been listed as the Rising Star in Mergers and Acquisitions in the IFLR1000 directory.
Eva Hromadkova is an attorney admitted to the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Slovak Bar Association. Her practice encompasses corporate law, commercial law, and banking and finance. She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology from the Faculty of Science of Comenius University, and an LL.M. in corporate law from New York University in New York. She has been repeatedly recognized by the prestigious rating agency Chambers Europe.
