PRK Partners provided legal services to Ceska sporitelna, a.s., the lead manager in the bond issue by EUC a.s., the largest provider of outpatient medical care in the Czech Republic.
A total of CZK 1.5 billion in floating-rate bonds maturing in 2027 were issued and were partially exchanged for the issuer’s existing bonds maturing in 2022. Ceskoslovenska obchodni banka, a.s. participated in the issue as a manager.
