A team from PRK Partners headed by experienced senior attorney Jan Ditrych advised KARO Leather a.s., the leading leather processing company in the CEE region, on the public subscription of shares on the START market of the Prague Stock Exchange. KARO Leather a.s. successfully placed the entire issue of new shares, thereby obtaining CZK 132 million for its development.
