SANDVIK AB (high-tech and global engineering Group), in the share acquisition of DSI
Underground Holdings (the holding company of a group which is the global leader in ground
support and reinforcement products, systems and solutions for the underground mining and
tunneling industries with presence in 70 countries) resulting in the indirect acquisition of all the
issued and outstanding shares of DSI Underground Colombia S.A.S.
