Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises MINISO Group Holding Limited in connection with the Dual Primary Listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised MINISO Group Holding Limited (”MINISO”) in connection with the Dual Primary Listing and initial public offering of its ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The deal comprised an offering of ordinary shares in Hong Kong as well as an international offering of shares, and is valued at USD 72.25 Million approximately. The date of listing was 13 July, 2022.
