Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Vodafone Idea Business Services Limited in regard to assignment of rights in land to STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Vodafone Idea Business Services Limited (“Vodafone Idea”). The transaction involved title due diligence of land, ascertainment and advise relating to title related issues, real estate regulatory issues relating to ULC, calculation of MIDC payments along with environmental clearance and Package Incentive Schemes and Policies of Government of Maharashtra. The date of signing of the transaction documents was 30 June 2021.
