Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Jindal Saw Limited on its Joint Venture Agreement with Hunting Energy Services Pte Ltd., Singapore (“JV Agreement”). The deal is valued at approx. INR 125,00,00,000. The date of signing of the JV Agreement is December 22, 2021.
This deal would open the doors of premium connection for OCTG from India to various parts of the world and would act as an import substitution for players in Oil and Gas drilling activities thereby making our Country self-reliant in this segment. This joint venture is aligned with our nation’s vision of becoming “Atmanirbhar Bharat”.
