Vinson & Elkins advised ioneer Ltd, an emerging lithium–boron supplier, in a binding offtake supply agreement with Ford Motor Company.
Under the agreement, ioneer will supply Ford with lithium carbonate from its Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Nevada.
The V&E team was led by partner Kaam Sahely, with assistance from counsels Josh Heideman and Alistair Wishart, associate Louise Fischel-Bock and senior associate Josh Singer. Partner Lina Dimachkieh provided tax advice.
