Kanisha graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai, in 2010. She started her career at Economic Laws Practice before joining Veritas Legal as a Senior Associate in 2016.
Kanisha has over 10 years of experience and focuses her practice on matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, general corporate advisory, and our new ESG vertical at the firm.

Natasha graduated from KC Law College, Mumbai, in 2012. She started her career at AZB & Partners before joining Veritas Legal as an Associate in 2015. Natasha has over 9 years of experience in advising clients on a variety of matters, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, general corporate advisory, pharmaceutical and healthcare.

PRACHI DHANANI

Prachi graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, in 2011. She started her career at Wadia Ghandy & Co. before joining Veritas Legal as a Senior Associate in 2015.
Prachi has over 10 years of experience in handling matters relating to commercial litigation, dispute resolution and white-collar crime before various fora around the country. She advises and represents clients in both institutional and ad hoc international and domestic arbitrations.
