As of May 1, our office’s partner ranks have been expanded by colleague Ján Broniš, who was promoted from the position of counsel.
Ján is an experienced lawyer with more than 17 years of experience. Since 2009, he has been registered as a lawyer in the Slovak Bar Association. As part of his practice, he mainly focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience from significant transactional projects, both at the local and international level. He came to our office from Ernst & Young Law, where he worked as a senior manager.

During the two years of working in our office, he participated in the most important projects in the field of corporate law and M&A. So the promotion to partner level is only a natural result of his quality work,” adds managing partner Jaroslav Ružička.
