Dr. Martin Aebi is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner who has acted as counsel in numerous large-scale cases (also involving states) before arbitral tribunals and state courts. Originally focused on intellectual property related matters such as licensing and joint-development issues, his experience has broadened over time to cover a wide range of business areas including construction, M&A as well as banking.
