The Law Amending the Press Law and Other Laws (Omnibus Law), also known as the “Disinformation Law” among public, was published in the Official Gazette on 18 October 2022. Omnibus Law amends various laws, such as Press Law, Turkish Penal Code and Law on the Regulation of Broadcasts via Internet and Prevention of Crimes Committed through Such Broadcasts.
