Bracewell Advises Phillips 66 in Sale of Belle Chasse Terminal

Bracewell LLP is advising Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) in an agreement to sell the Belle Chasse Terminal, formerly the Alliance Refinery, to Harvest Midstream. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
