Labour Law partner, Juliana Nunes, is the author of the chapter “Overview of labor laws” (“Panoramica delle leggi del lavoro”), in which she addresses the details of the CLT, labor visas and the digital nomad visa – which grants a visa temporary and residency to immigrants who, even without a formal employment relationship in Brazil, prove to use information technologies to perform work for foreign employers.
