Czech legislators are currently discussing introducing the concept of collective redress into the Czech legal system following, and on the basis of, Euro pean Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2020 on representative actions for the protec tion of the collective interests of consumers (the RAD).
