On August 10, 2023, Emergency Decree No. 032–2023 was published in the Official Gazette El Peruano. The purpose of this Decree is to establish measures regarding State contracting for the execution of prevention actions due to the imminent danger of intense rainfall (period 2023 – 2024) and other events associated with the possible occurrence of the El Niño Phenomenon.
Infrastructure and Projects Validity: Until April 30, 2024. Exception: The obligation of the Entities to report the contracts made to the General Directorate of Supply of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Read more
