- I joined the firm in January 2013. I am part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Departments, as well as competition of the firm. I am dedicated to: Leading teams in carrying out cross-border M&A transactions, both in the Due Diligence phase and in the negotiation and documentation phase of the transaction. Advice to multinational and national clients on transaction structuring issues for large corporate transactions. Drafting and preparation of corporate and transactional documents, including shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements. Planning, management and execution of due diligence procedures for corporate transactions. Preparation of legal opinions on corporate, financial matters, antitrust and banking, mainly for multinational clients in English and Spanish.
