- Mariana joined the firm in 2011, and currently coordinates the firm’s IP Department in Costa Rica. Upon joining the firm, he developed as an IP Specialist in the Department of Intellectual Property, Biotechnology and New Technologies. As of 2014, she was promoted to lead the area of Invention Patents, being in charge of an important portfolio of patents at a national and international level.
- Passionate about developing innovation and financing strategies for entrepreneurs, drafting patents and registering patents and industrial designs. He has distinguished himself by developing intellectual property strategies for large companies, as well as for innovators and micro, small and medium-sized companies in terms of innovation. To do this, it has collaborated with the public sector and private funds in the search for financing for the generation, scaling and protection of intangible assets. He also advises national and international companies in the identification of their intangible assets, in their development and protection.
