Juan Pablo has more than 5 years of experience advising national and international clients. His main practice areas are Corporate, M&A, Banking and Insurance and Reinsurance.
Some relevant clients he is currently working with are HSBC, Travelers Companies, AXA Seguros, Seguros Banorte, Afianzadora Sofimex, Kot Insurance Company and Grupo Nacional Provincial.
Based in NHG’s London office, Juan Pablo advises international companies investing and doing business in Mexico. In particular, he has significant experience advising the London (Re)insurance Market, including Lloyd’s of London, on regulatory, corporate, transactional and contingent matters, including claims management, coverage and dispute resolution.
He is involved in probono work acting as Secretary of the Board of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and occasionally collaborating with other NGOs such as Penal Reform International and The Law Society of England and Wales.
Juan Pablo received his law degree from the Universidad Panamericana; he holds an MSc in Public Policy from Universidad Panamericana, an MSc in Democracy, Politics and Governance from the University of London and has approved the CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance.
