Since 2004 Andrius Ivanauskas has been advising on M&A and banking and finance transactions, as well as competition law. Currently Andrius Ivanauskas leads the law firm‘s competition practice and is active in transaction advisory and corporate finance field. Previously Andrius had been the Chairman of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Lithuanian Venture Capital Association, and is currently an active member of the Association.
