Managing Partner

Professor Dr Solveiga Palevičienė’s (LL.M) practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration at both the domestic and international levels. She has broad experience acting for financial institutions and corporations in commercial claims for breach of contract and fiduciary duty and in shareholder disputes. Professor Dr Solveiga Palevičienė has been included in the list of recommended arbitrators of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration and has been designated to the ICSID Panel of Conciliators by the Lithuanian Government. She often participates and speaks at various conferences (both national and international) and publishes articles on international investment law, arbitration and other related issues in various leading European legal journals. Professor Dr Solveiga Palevičienė has been teaching comparative contract law, investment law and the legal protection of personality rights at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius for twelve years. She has been also participating in various research programs on comparative tort law, such as the Digest of European Tort Law on Damage established by the European Group on Tort Law (Vienna), on a regular basis.
