Luis Zurera joined Pérez-Llorca in 1988, being a partner since 1997. He has extensive professional experience in Real Estate Law.

Experience
Luis Zurera has extensive experience in real estate legal advice. His practice has been one of the fundamental pillars of the Firm since its foundation, as well as one of the most consolidated legal teams in the country.
Its areas of specialization include: (i) promotion of business parks and shopping parks, as well as promotion of offices, hotels, shopping and leisure centers and residential buildings and complexes; (ii) sale of real estate and land; (iii) investment and divestment operations in real estate; (iv) “sale and leaseback” operations; (v) leasing of premises in shopping centers and office buildings; (vi) organization of auctions and competitions for the sale of real estate, advice for participation in said competitions and auctions; (vii) urban and environmental advice in all types of real estate operations.
Its main clients are developers, real estate investment funds, institutional investors, final operators and industrial and service companies.

He regularly participates in seminars and conferences related to his area of practice. He frequently contributes to the writing of articles published in the press and specialized magazines.
