Harold Frey

Harold Frey leads the Litigation and Arbitration practice of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. He has represented clients in numerous international arbitrations as well as in litigation proceedings before Swiss courts. Matters included a wide range of legal issues (such as joint venture, M&A, licensing and general contract law disputes) and industries (such as pharmaceutical, industrial and construction and financial services). He also sits as arbitrator.

Harold Frey is one of three Swiss dispute resolution practitioners included in the newly published “Legal 500 Hall of Fame” who have received constant praise by clients for continued excellence over the past 10 years and for being “at the pinnacle of the profession”.
