Position

Nikos is a seasoned strategist and litigator, spearheading the intellectual property and dispute resolution team of the firm.

Career

Nikos’s practice spans across the whole spectrum of Intellectual Property and IT law, ranging from litigation and IP asset management to commercialization and complex IT projects. His litigious practice focuses on trademarks, patents, designs and unfair competition matters, but extends to white collar crime and wider commercial litigation. He is described as a “star in the contentious sphere” and “very results driven and an expert in European IP law”. Nikos has also gained recognition for assisting clients in managing brand and marketing-related projects on a trans-national scale.

Nikos has served as Legal Counsel to the Secretary General of Commerce of the Hellenic Ministry of Development on trademark and public procurement matters and as Legal Counsel to the Hellenic Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, thus deepening his expertise on regulatory and public law.

He was admitted to the bar in 2000 and regularly lectures and publishes on intellectual property law issues.
