Radan Kubr

Radan Kubr is a Partner at PRK Partners specialising in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, banking, competition law, media law and intellectual property law and corporate.

Radan was born in the Czech Republic and educated in Geneva, Switzerland. After graduating from the Geneva Law School in 1988, Radan worked for more than three years with the law firm of Poncet, Warluzel & Associés in Geneva. In 1993, he obtained a Master of European law degree (LL.M.) from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Subsequently, he worked with an international law firm in Prague. In 1995 Radan joined up with the team that became Procházka Randl Kubr (which is now PRK Partners).

Radan is fluent in Czech, English and French, and has a good working knowledge of German. He is an attorney at law of the Czech Bar Association and is also admitted to the Bar in Switzerland.
