Partner responsible for the international area of SRS, William Smithson stands out in the areas of banking law, capital markets and real estate. He has advised investment banks and companies in mergers and acquisitions, public and private, in joint ventures and in several national and international projects.
With more than 25 years of experience, William has also developed his practice in the Asian market, advising investors in that market in Portugal. His professional experience spanned Hong Kong, China and Singapore. He is responsible for the Asia Desk at SRS.
