Karim is a Partner who specializes in finance and projects and related areas and has extensive experience acting for lenders and borrowers on finance transactions including on an Islamic basis.  He also advises on restructurings, debt rescheduling and turnarounds.

Karim is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales, having qualified within the London office of Allen & Overy LLP.

Karim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics & Political Science.
