Clint Steyn’s practice focuses on international energy projects, with particular focus on the acquisition, development and project financing of independent power projects in the Middle East and Africa regions. His experience includes advising on all aspects of power project developments, bids, acquisitions and disposals in various jurisdictions around the world. Clint’s experience also includes serving in-house as regional general counsel for International Power plc, a major international energy company.
