Back to All Thought Leadership

K&A advised the Ministry of Health (MoH) on the privatization of radiology departments in seven hospitals within Riyadh’s Second and Third Health Clusters. This ambitious project, conducted in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization (NCP), will span a 10-year period, with the aim of expanding healthcare access to 1,500,000 beneficiaries in Riyadh and its remote surrounding areas.

‍The primary objectives encompass not only enhancing the quality of treatment and services but also significantly reducing patient wait times. Our legal support included structuring, negotiation, and execution of the project agreements.

‍Leading the expert team at K&A are Partner Hamdan van den Brule and Managing Partner Zeyad Khoshaim. They are supported by Partner Karim Wali and a team of dedicated Associates, including Duaa Amer, Yousef Tolah, and Naif Albattal.
