Throughout the process, K&A provided comprehensive legal support to various corporate entities aiming to take over two football clubs, covering all aspects of the relevant transactions. Our services encompassed structuring, negotiation, due diligence, working on transactional documents, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ongoing legal counsel.
