Anastasia Stull Joins Nelson Mullins in Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Experienced banking and financial services attorney Anastasia D. (“Tasia”) Stull has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as of counsel in its Washington, D.C. and Tallahassee, Fla. offices.

In addition to joining the Financial Services Regulatory Group, Stull will also lead the development of a new division within the firm offering the industry innovative, scalable regulatory compliance and business solutions, and combined legal and consulting services.

Stull has over 20 years of legal experience in matters involving consumer, commercial, retail, and institutional financial services, including several senior consulting and executive roles. She has been a strategic advisor to numerous top 20 and regional banks and financial services companies on the topics of regulatory compliance, risk management, and remediation across many industries. Her previous work includes leading a national regulatory consulting practice, serving as senior regulatory counsel for the Consumer Bankers Association, an in-house role at an international bank, and over a decade in private practice focusing on financial services regulation and enforcement.

Stull was previously president and general counsel of Women in Housing & Finance, Inc., a nonpartisan financial services nonprofit in Washington, D.C., and also served as a board member for eight years.
