Milan, 26 April 2023 – Masotti Cassella assisted Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited (a leading Indian multinational pharmaceutical company with its entry into the Italian territory through the acquisition of 100% of Sintesy Pharma S.r.l.
As a result of the acquisition, Glenmark now has a direct presence in the Italian market and further opportunities to strengthen its position by introducing and commercialising
its medicines.
The Masotti Cassella team was composed of (i) Luca Masotti, Anne Moutardier, and Matteo Giannasi for legal aspects, and (ii) Francesca Masotti and Matteo Castronovo for the tax aspects.
The Sellers of Sintesy Pharma srl were assisted by LS Laghi & Partners, headed by Partner Giovanni Leo together with Francesco Santella.
