Our team was awarded for its excellence in advising Scotiabank on the restructuring of Phoenix Tower loans in Guatemala and El Salvador, in the Banking & Finance category. This award confirms once again BLP’s leadership in Central America.
Through its offices in El Salvador and Guatemala, BLP advised Scotiabank, which acted as the lead arranger and broker of the transaction, leading a syndicate of banks that restructured the loan agreements.
