Immigration Partner Joins Nelson Mullins in Greenville

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a national full-service law firm with offices from coast to coast, is pleased to announce that partner Christian O. Herrmann has joined the firm’s Greenville office.

Herrmann joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins and brings nearly two decades of legal experience to Nelson Mullins. He will be a part of Nelson Mullins’ Business Immigration practice.

Herrmann is a trusted advisor to companies on strategically managing corporate immigration programs. He has extensive experience partnering with key company stakeholders to deliver comprehensive immigration benefits to highly skilled and professional employees for both temporary and permanent residency sponsorship. This includes policy development and benchmarking, as well as leveraging data, reporting and technology, for a diverse range of employers including small to large companies from varying industries and geographies.

Herrmann earned his JD from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and his undergraduate degree from UCLA. He is licensed in California.
