K&A advised Saudi Arabian Oil Company (“Saudi Aramco”) on a joint venture with DHL Supply Chain (“DHL”),to enable the development of a new procurement and logistics hub in Saudi Arabia. Such procurement and logistics hub would to be the region’s first hub of its kind, catering to customers in the industrial, energy, chemical and petrochemical sectors, and allowing their businesses to reduce costs, maximize efficiency and harness digitalization.
K&A’s work with Saudi Aramco spanned the full spectrum of legal services, including the structuring, negotiating and drafting of the relevant transaction documents, and other advice.
