Our team led by Luca Masotti and including Anne Moutardier and Gabriele Azoti has successfully advised FECCIA F.LLI S.R.L. DI FECCIA PIETRO E C., a historic Italian company specializing in liquid bulk food transportation, on the sale of 100% of its shares to leading logistics operator SBG Group.
Sbg Holding, an international logistics operator, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Feccia F.lli, a company specialized in the transport of food liquids.
This new acquisition continues the strategy aimed at diversifying the SBG Group’s transport sector in Italy.
Sbg Holding was assisted for the legal aspects by Deloitte Legal with a corporate M&A team led by partner Massimo Zamorani and of counsel Lucia Ruffatti (in the photo) with the support of Stefano Merlo , Angelo Longobardo and Maria Teresa Ceruti , by Emanuele Bottazzi and Isabella Raso for the authorization aspects and, for the labor part, by Andrea Bonanni Caione and Jessica Silla as well as for the fiscal due diligence part by the SCC & Associati firm led by the partner Lorenzo Scarabelli with the support of Luca Tollon .
