Masotti Cassella law firm has announced the signing of a partnership with Btg Project , a sustainability consultancy company founded by six former managers from the industrial and service world.
The agreement concerns in particular the compliance department of Masotti Cassella, specialized in 231 protection, whistleblowing, security and privacy; which will use the engineering tools developed by Btg to evaluate the ESG identity and areas for improvement of Italian companies.
“Customers increasingly rely on us, asking first and foremost to evaluate the existing state of the art with respect to the three ESG guidelines” explained Francesca Masotti , partner of Masotti Cassella. “This is why we wanted to undertake this project through an easy and immediate tool that allows us not only to evaluate what has been done, but to start the construction of a new path, to fill each of the three silos in a manner consistent with the vocation, the role and the possibilities of each company in relation to its specific market”.
