This September brings with it the second set of Matheson’s Knowledge Insights Events Series for 2022.
This series will cover important developments in terms of legislative change but also, and just as importantly, the contextual shifts which show how the environment in which our clients operate will change substantially over the coming months.
We will begin the Knowledge Insights Series for the second half of 2022 with a cross-practice event on the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Bill 2022, where we will hear from our Financial Institutions Group as well as from experts in our Employment and Litigation practice areas.
ESG is a term on everyone’s lips these days. Our second September event will look at ESG from a financing perspective and will consider the changing legal framework around sustainable finance. Looking forward, we intend to focus on specific aspects of ESG, rather than treat the issue in the round as we begin to see developments in this broadly described area that are more specifically focused.
