The Banking and Financing team, led by partner Roberto Vianna do R. Barros, and composed of associates Diego Barros and Lucas Bernabé, advised the company on the preparation of the “Base Prospectus Offering Memorandum” from the perspective of Brazilian banking and regulatory legislation and throughout the senior sustainable bond issuance process, including the creation of tender documents and the fulfilment of its obligations for settlement.
The operation represents a major step forward in the financial market, as it positions Banco do Brasil as an institution aligned with ESG policies.
