DALLAS — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to announce that partner Kevin Woltjen is joining the firm’s Dallas office.
Woltjen is a transactional attorney who helps clients in every phase of their business’s lifecycle. He focuses on middle-market corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and venture capital transactions. Woltjen also serves as outside general counsel for companies.
“Kevin brings great energy and experience to the M&A team,” Nelson Mullins M&A Team Leader Brian Galison said about Woltjen’s arrival. “He will be a great benefit to our clients and will help us expand our presence in Texas.”
Woltjen represents clients from the manufacturing, energy, entertainment, and financial industries to clients in the venture capital and private equity space. He graduated from DePaul University with a JD and an MBA.
