On 1 July 2021, the long-awaited publications – the Pharma Legal Handbooks for the CR and SR – were published.
These unique editions were co-created by our legal specialists, including the firm’s partners, Monika Maskova and Michal Matejka – experienced experts in the fields of pharmaceutical law, company law and information technology law in the Czech Republic. The Slovak version was produced by legal specialists that include firm´s partner Miriam Galandova, who is involved in tax law, corporate law and law connected with the production of food, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies attorney and Elena Cervenova, who focuses on corporate and commercial law.
The Pharma Legal Handbook for the CR and SR are essential guides to the latest legal and regulatory environment for the pharma business in Central and Eastern Europe.
