We provided legal services to Taiwania Capital Management Corporation (an administrator of Taiwan’s Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Investment Fund of approx. USD 200 million) in connection with its investment in a Slovak technological startup Photoneo, a leading provider of robotic vision and intelligence. Our role included conducting the due diligence of the target company, drafting and negotiating investment documentation and additional legal support in connection with the transaction.
