Renata Hesse, Co-Head of S&C’s Antitrust Group, was named to the Daily Journal’s “Top Antitrust Lawyers” list, which recognizes leading California lawyers working in the antitrust field.
Renata recently helped Amgen get FTC clearance for its $27.8 billion acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics, helped Canadian Pacific complete its $31 billion acquisition of Kansas City Southern, is advising Seagen on Pfizer’s $43 billion pending acquisition of the biotech innovator in the largest all-cash pharma takeover in history, and represented Biohaven in an innovative $11.6 billion deal with Pfizer.
