Roland Wild is a highly experienced tax lawyer. For more than 12 years, he has focused on advising clients in the financial industry, particularly banks, asset managers, and insurance companies, on financing and tax planning issues. Roland also provides tax advice during the due diligence, structuring, and integration phases of M&A transactions.
Roland is a Certified Tax Expert and a member of the Swiss Bar. Prior to joining Schellenberg Wittmer, he worked on the financial services desk of one of the Big Four accounting firms in Zurich. He practices in German and English.
