Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Grofers International Pte. Ltd (“Grofers”), Albinder Singh Dhindsa and Saurabh Kumar in its Series G round of investment. KTB Asset Management Co. Ltd. (“KTB AM”) and KTBN GI Ventures Limited (“KTBN GI”) participated in the Series G round for 0.60% and 1.38% stakes, respectively. The deal is valued at approximately USD 24 million.
