Pellerano Nadal has been nominated in Latin Lawyer’s Deal of the Year Awards in the category of Project Finance: Energy and Natural Resources.
We received this recognition for our participation as counsel to IDB Invest, JP Morgan Chase, Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) and Scotiabank in a financing package of approximately US$368 million to AES Dominicana Renewable Energy S.A. (ADRE), a subsidiary of The AES Corporation in the Dominican Republic (you can read more about this transaction here).
Latin Lawyer recently announced the deals shortlisted in the capital markets, banking and finance and project finance categories of their 18th annual Deal of the Year Awards, where transactions from all of Latin America were nominated. The winners will be announced on the night of their awards ceremony, which will take place at the Unique Hotel in São Paulo on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
