SRS Advogados Advised Fidelidade’s Acquisition of Yotel Porto

SRS Advogados has advised Fidelidade – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A. in its recent acquisition of Yotel, a hotel in Porto, Portugal.
The operation was done through the Real Estate Fund IMOFID, held by Fidelidade (49%) and other major Portuguese corporate investors. The total amount of the deal was of 28.267.731,94 euros.
