The Banking and Finance team, led by partner Marcelo Mattos and including associates Lucas Bernabé, Fabio Di Pietro, and Nathane da Franca, advised Northwest International II Investimentos Imobiliários em Saúde Ltda. and the Real Estate Investment Fund Northwest Investimentos Imobiliários em Saúde Fund I – FII in an international financing transaction with a guarantee package in Brazil, in the amount of 140 million Canadian dollars.
Collaborating with DLA Piper, the team handled document review and negotiation of the Term Loan and Security Agreement, public registrations, and post-closing obligations.
