The Road Ahead for Women & Diverse Lawyers (event)

On Nov. 15 at 9:15 a.m. EST, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP partner Arina Shulga will be speaking during a panel titled “Building Your Practice: The Road Ahead for Women & Diverse Lawyers,” during CenterForce’s Advancing Diverse Partners & Associates Summit.

The focus of the online panel is about creating the “right foundation for successful business development as a diverse partner or associate,” according to the conference’s website. It will also offer insight on building your legal practice, incorporating business development methods into your day-to-day work, adopting new mindsets, and more. Arina Shulga represents startups and emerging growth companies, often acting as their outside general counsel and building long-lasting relationships that span the life of a company, from formation to the exit. Her services in this area include, but are not limited to, entity formation, advice and counseling regarding operations in the United States, employment law and IP-related matters, structuring complex joint ventures and distribution agreements, and investment and exit opportunities. In the past, Arina built her own legal practice starting with her first startup client in 2010.
